Over the past five years, we've witnessed organisations prioritise diversity and inclusion. And yet often change has been short lived. Tragically we are also seeing seeing diversity and inclusion efforts drive further division in organisations and communities. A 2022 Gartner study, found that 42% of employees feel that their organization's diversity and inclusion efforts are divisive.

Why is this? I believe that in our efforts to build more diverse, equitable and inclusive organisations we have unintentionally employed a set of strategies that mirror the systems we seek to change. Blame, shame, over-categorisation and segregation have become threaded into our efforts, with often disastrous outcomes. In addition, I believe that traditional diversity and inclusion efforts largely ignore the psychological, relational, moral, and even spiritual dimensions of people’s relationship to their identity, and as a result fail to address the deeper roots of the problem and remain stuck at surface level and short term change.

I want to change that.

I offer training, consulting and coaching using my unique approach, designed to create genuine, long-lasting change and bring everyone on the journey.

I believe that true change can only come when all people feel safe enough to open to new possibilities. I believe in fostering a culture of accountability without resorting to blame or shame tactics.

Everything we do, must be aligned with your organisation's overarching strategy, otherwise it wont stick. We prioritise continuous alignment and measurement to ensure the work we are doing is meaningful. .

  • Meet you were you are: I understand that every organisation is at a different stage in its diversity journey. My approach is flexible and adaptive, meeting you wherever you are on the path to inclusion.

  • Data driven: I use the latest research and data-driven insights, we craft strategies that are grounded in evidence and tailored to your organization's unique needs. By analyzing key metrics and trends, we ensure that our approach to diversity and inclusion is not only effective but also aligned with your organizational goals. 

  • Holistic Perspective: I bring in consciousness of all levels. This work is often deep and deeply personal. I believe ignoring the psychological, relational, moral, and even spiritual dimensions of people’s relationship to their identity, is often why traditional diversity and inclusion programmes fail. My approach takes a holistic view, examining diversity and belonging at all levels of your organization.
