What comes after the King?
The dominant model of leadership - hierarchical, individualised, built on control and the suppression of the feminine- is breaking down.
My work is about what comes next.
The organisations that will survive the next decade aren't the ones that optimise the existing model. They're the ones willing to lead differently - with more humanity, more collective intelligence, and less dependence on a single person at the top.
For fifteen years I've worked inside some of the world's most influential organisations developing leaders and shifting cultures.
I do that work through facilitation, leadership programmes, culture change, and coaching.
And through writing — on power, leadership, and what it means to live well together.
Organisations I’ve worked with
THE WORK IS PERSONAL. THE IMPACT IS COLLECTIVE.

2
Countries with more women in parliament have lower levels of corruption.
3
When women control income, more goes to children's health, nutrition, and education.
4
Peace agreements are 35% more likely to last when women are involved.

The Work
-

Organisational Partnerships
Long-term work with organisations on leadership development, culture change, and the harder questions about how power moves through teams and institutions.
-

Executive Coaching
Deep, sustained work with senior leaders navigating complexity, transition, or the next stage of their leadership.
-

Facilitation & Offsites
High-stakes conversations, leadership retreats, and strategy sessions. I design and hold the room for the moments that matter.
-

Speaking & Keynotes
I speak on leadership, power, and what this moment in history is asking of organisations and the people who lead them.
What people say about the work
The POWERFUL™ Framework
Most leadership development focusses on adding things - more strategies, more skills, more tactics. I focus on what’s getting in the way of our innate ability to lead powerfully.
The POWERFUL™ framework maps the eight patterns of giving our power away and our path to reclaim it.
P — People pleasing → Authenticity
People pleasing, managing reactions → Self-trust and true expression
O — Over-giving → Sovereignty
Saying yes when you mean no → Boundaries and choice
W — Worthlessness → Innate worth
Imposter syndrome, playing small → Knowing your value and taking up space
E — Emotional Suppression → Embodiment
Limited emotional range and disconnection from body → Full emotional spectrum and somatic wisdom
R — Rigidity → Courage
Perfectionism and fear of failure → Creativity and experimentation
F — Fragmentation → Integrity
Living out of alignment → Wholeness and coherence
U — Unclaimed Desire → Permission
Suppressing your wants and feeling undeserving → Claiming what you want without shame
L — Lone-Wolf → Connection
Hyper-independence and isolation → Interdependence and collective power
