Me

Mindfulness Teacher

Leadership Coach

I believe in mindfulness in action.

My brand of mindfulness isn’t about removing ourselves from the world to sit on a mountain top (although there’s a place for that!). It’s about engaging with the world and being the change we want to see in our homes, communities + workplaces.

As work is where the majority of us spend most of our waking hours, I’m particularly committed to creating mindful organisations and supporting conscious leaders.

I’m interested in personal transformation for collective liberation. I care deeply about people accepting themselves for who they are and I dream of a world where we can all be ourselves without fear of judgement or persecution.

I believe that starts with each of us looking inwards and asking how can I judge less and love more.
