How it works

I created this course based on everything I've found most useful over my years of study, taking the best bits from every training I've completed.

The course is 100% online and designed with busy people in mind.


1. 6 Core Lessons

There are core principles of mindfulness & self compassion that I needed to understand to apply to my life. Each week you'll receive a video from me covering a key principle - the philosophy, the science and most importantly how you can use it. 


2. Guided Meditations & Exercises

The power of mindfulness & compassion lies in applying it to your real life. You'll receive downloadable meditations to do each day and an accompanying workbook of reflection exercises to compete weekly. 


3. WEekly q&A

I had so many questions when I started learning mindfulness - was I doing it right? should I be feeling like this?  I want to support you every step of the way so I'll be hosting a weekly live stream to answer all the questions that have come up that week. 


4. Private Online Community

If there's one thing I've learnt from my years of teaching it's that we all struggle with the same things. When you join the course you get access to my private Facebook community where you can hang with like minded people, hold eachother accountable and ask for help when you need it.

Can I do the course in my own time? 

The course is designed to be completed over 6 weeks but you can take it at your own pace. All live sessions are recorded so you can tune into them at any time. 

How long do I have access to the course?

You will have access to all course content for life! This means you can always come back to it, and keep learning. You'll also be a bonafide member of my private online community, to support you with your mindfulness practise throughout the course and after. 

How long do I have to put aside each week for the course?

In truth mindfulness is a minute by minute practise so you can be practising it all day. For the core course content and meditations, I'd recommend putting aside a minimum of 30 minutes per day. 

What happens if I need help during the course?

I'll be here to support you every step of the way. You can either send your question in to be answered in the live Q&A . If it's something more personal or urgent just email me and I'll always get back to you.
